Return Policy 

1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

2. Condition: Perfumes must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. 

3. Refund: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. 

4. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returned items. 

Exchange Policy 

1. Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

2. Condition: Perfumes must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. 

3. Exchange Process: Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. 

4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping costs for the exchanged item. 

General Terms and Conditions 

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. 

2. Missing Items: If an item is missing, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. 

3. Gift Returns: Gift returns are subject to the same return and exchange policies. 

4. Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
